Three engineers. One obsession: machines that explain themselves.
MachineWise started in 2023 in Satara, Maharashtra — close enough to the machine shops we grew up around to hear them. Today, 150+ plants and 2,000+ machines across India run on the platform we build, board to browser.
We didn't start with software. We started with a question.
"How much did this machine actually run today?"
Nobody in the shop could answer with a number. Every answer was a feeling. We decided Indian manufacturing deserved facts — at a price an MSME could say yes to.
Hardware, software and AI — in-house
We designed our own gateway boards, wrote our own controller drivers, and trained our own models — because stitched-together platforms fail on real Indian shop floors.
150+ plants, 15+ states, 24 people
From Ludhiana to Coimbatore, defence suppliers to family-run job shops — one platform, supported in your time zone, by people who answer the phone.

Shrinivas Wathare
Owns the finances and the account books, and holds the long view — the one that keeps ambitious plans scalable and hard for anyone outside to copy. Doubles as Chief Motivation Officer for a team that stays young at heart.
Sourabh Wathare
Owns the platform and hardware — drivers, dashboards and the AI suite. Believes software should be judged by whether an operator uses it without being told twice.
Omkar Wathare
Owns vision, customers and growth. The founder who has walked more shop floors than the sales team combined — and still does every major deployment's first visit.
Principles we don't negotiate.
Honest by design
Dashboards show rich data where machines support it and clean cycle states where they don't. No fake precision, ever.
Rupees, not dashboards
Every feature must trace to money saved or capacity found. If it can't be priced, it's decoration.
MSME-first
Priced, deployed and supported for the plants that make India — not just the ones with IT departments.
Come see what your machines have been trying to tell you.
