Do I need a different product for each of these?
No. All of these run on one platform, one login and one on-premises server. What differs is which signals are read, which KPIs matter, and how the dashboards are laid out for that process.
My plant runs three of these processes side by side. Is that a problem?
It is the normal case, and it is the reason the platform is equipment-agnostic. Machining, moulding and a furnace can sit on the same dashboard with the same OEE definitions, which is what makes cross-comparison meaningful.
What if my industry is not listed?
The constraint is almost never the industry — it is whether a usable signal exists. Machines with controllers connect over the network; machines without connect through our Gateway boards using hardwired signals.
Do industry pages mean industry-specific pricing?
No. Pricing is driven by machine count, how many machines need a gateway versus software-only integration, number of sites and whether custom dashboards are required. The industry itself is not a price variable.
Can monitoring be added to machines already running production?
Yes. Controller-connected machines are typically brought online without stopping production. Hardwired installations are scheduled around a planned stop.
Which of these deployments is the deepest?
CNC and discrete machining. It has the most mature feature set — cycle-level timelines, tool life, spindle condition and predictive scoring — and is where most plants start.
